Dr. Ratner was so gentle and caring. We have been thru the ringer with our baby girl rabbit. It’s so nice when everyone understands that it’s not just a rabbit! We will be clients for life.
Dr. Roxanne L. Ratner is an amazing sympathetic doctor. She was very patient when we brought our anxious heeler Skye in with a traumatic eye injury from playing ball with his competitive mom. After the exam I was not ready to make the hard decision of removing his eye. They were able to give me an estimate and when I was ready weeks late they kindly set his appt promptly. Dr Ratner remembered my baby and how anxious he is, she was quick to relax him and prep him for surgery. Knowing he was in the hands of a doctor that cares for her patients first and foremost brought me peace of mind. I literally can’t say enough about her. She is a trustworthy and knowledgeable doctor.
This practice is fair and compassionate I would recommend this office to any and everyone. Thank you again Dr. Ratner
Dr Munger is AMAZING!!!! He restored my dogs eyesight after being told by my regular vet that there was nothing that could be done.
All the staff helped us when needed. We had 5 young Australian Shepherd Puppies for their first checkup. You will enjoy time there with and of their Veteran Eye Specialists Dr.s. One took care of us but we meet 3 of their Dr's. Their Techs were super.
Dr. Nettune, MacKenzie, and Jennifer are the best. As a veterinarian, I am super selective about who my pets see. This is a quality group of individuals and I’m so grateful they cared for my girl, Morgan, today for treatment of her eyelid mass. Highly recommend Dr. Nettune as he was kind, explained all of our options clearly, and took great care with my girl. Highly recommend this team!
The people at this clinic are amazing all around. My chiuhauha had a proptosis where her eye came out! The staff took care of us immediately Monday morning and took great care of her and me. (I was pretty emotional about it) I can't say enough great things about this group who really love dogs and people! Thank you from the bottom of my heart !
Yesterday our Frenchie had an emergency with his eye. Dr. Munger and staff were able to work us in. Benny had surgery ASAP and is now home resting. I was so happy and grateful for the clinic getting Benny seen and Dr. Munger for saving his eye!
Life as we know is spinning different these days thanks to Covid-19, but the Animal Ophthalmology Clinic is still giving excellent care to all God's Critters.
We adore Dr. Nettune and the whole staff at AOC. From Grady's favorite Doctor to Angela & Emily who always have a smile that comes through the phone to Manny who is Grady's favorite tech. Manny & Grady are the 2 best looking guys to walk in or out of the building together.
On a side note, I got a flat tire in route to my doctor appointment, so I'm stuck waiting for my hubby to come change it. While waiting in my car, thankfully in the parking lot, Manny was so kind to break some water for my pup Grady.
